Viettel to sell nearly 40% of Vinh Son shares

According to an announcement from the Ha Noi Stock Exchange (HNX), the exchange will hold an auction for Vinh Son JSC shares, owned by Military Industry and Telecoms Group (Viettel), on Tuesday.
